Bio: Born and raised in Southern California. Studied accounting and marketing at California State University, Northridge graduating in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Started Burton A. Harris Insurance Agency in 1989. Has received numerous production awards and designations throughout the years while servicing and maintaining multi-generations of families and businesses throughout California. Simultaneously serves as a mentor to new agents looking to be successful and having a career in the insurance industry. Burt is married to his beautiful college sweetheart Julie and has two young adult sons, Jared and Jonah.
Interests: Gardening, Dodgers baseball (sorry Northern California clients) and binge watching Netflix when possible.
Agency Role: Manages business operations and conducts annual analysis reviews to help prevent gaps in clients insurance foundation. Keeps up to date on insurance industry trends, products and services so best serve our clients.
Fun Fact #1: Always has been interested in Meteorology since getting his first radio as a child. He even considered majoring in it for college. To this day will shush anybody who is talking while weathercast is on TV.
Fun Fact #2: He is addicted (like every day and needs serious help) to lunchtime chicken at El Pollo Loco.
